Beginners 12 Week Introduction to Bodybuilding Program


12 week, 2 Day routine, designed to help beginners develop into the world of bodybuilding and physique transformation.

Split into 4 week blocks, this progressive program will develop muscle development, endurance and conditioning.

Are you looking to get into bodybuilding, physique transformation, or just want to look better naked, then this program is the perfect introduction into the wonderful world of hypertrophy training.

Split over 2 days, this program will take you through the whole body and start you on the road to more advanced training.

Weeks 1 to 4 involve 2 whole body workouts, training every body part twice a week.

Weeks 5 to 8 shows an increase in workout volume, increasing the overload on the body and increasing muscle endurance.

Weeks 9 to 12 we switch to a split routine of push and pull, with an increase of volume and intensity.

When you have completed this 12 week program your ready to move onto our Intermediate 12 week Bodybuilding Program.
