12 Week Intermediate Total Body Conditioning Program


This program is a follow on from the 12 week introduction into strength training program

Its split into 3 blocks of 4 weeks, with increasing volume and intensity to take your training to the next level.

Broken down into 3 days a week, training on non consecutive days.  A complete body program based around a push/pull/leg spilt.

Weeks 1 to 4, Standard 3 day split.

Weeks 5 to 8, Increased volume.

Weeks 9 to 12, Increased volume and Intensity.
