Legs Conditioning Circuit
Pyramid Style Conditioning Circuit.
Starting with one exercise, in this case box squats for 20 reps, we then add another exercise for round 2, then add another exercise for round 3, and so on. Building up to a lung and muscle busting total of 10 Rounds. The final round being ten exercises of 10 reps, 100 reps for round 10!!!
