Strongman 8 Week Foundation Course


An 8 week, 4 day split, Strongman based foundation Course.

This program is designed for anybody new to strongman training wishing to improve their lifts or possibly working towards their first competition.

Broken up into 4 sessions, this program incorporates gym lifts as well as most strongman events including Atlas Stones, Yoke walks, Farmers walks, Log Press and Monster Dumbbell.
