Ever heard the phrase, ‘you can’t out-train a bad diet’?
It’s not a myth. It’s the absolute truth. If you don’t follow the correct nutritional programme – and invest in the correct supplementation while you’re at it – you’re going to fall short of your targets.
I’ve seen so many well-meaning athletes get underwhelming results from their training because they failed to understand the importance of eating the right foods and choosing meals that give them what they really need.
But with so many options out there, how do you know where to start?
With Physically Fit, of course.
We can help you embark on a diet plan that suits your goals and your lifestyle – and we can support you all the way through your journey to make sure you stay on course, if you need us to.
What diet plans are available from Physically Fit?
Having worked in the health and fitness industry for decades, our team has gained extensive experience in nutrition. Using this knowledge, we have devised a series of powerful diet plans to help our clients fuel their bodies for three core goals: weight loss, muscle gain, and better performance.
For those on a budget, or people who just want a basic diet to follow, we offer set diets based on age, sex, and moderate activity. These three-day plans are supplied with full nutritional breakdowns. They are split into two categories and can either be used to lose fat and improve body shape or gain lean muscle tissue while dropping excess fat.
Those looking for more personalised programmes – whether for body composition and body image purposes, or to start performance eating as part of a sport where weight management and nutrition play a vital role – will get everything they need from our bespoke diet plan options. These are slightly longer seven-day programmes that are completely customised to suit specific ages, genders, activity levels and goals.
It’s important to mention at this point that we have split our diet plans into programmes that are specifically devised for men and women. Our bodies process food differently, and have different requirements in terms of the calories, vitamins, minerals, and macronutrients we need to take in. Add other factors into the mix, like weight, body fat percentage and activity levels, and you’ll see why it’s so crucial that we customise these plans as far as we can for everyone.
Final word
Working out is important – but great nutrition is the most crucial aspect to training success. Make sure you give yourself the best chance of smashing your goals and getting the results you want to achieve.
